Once you purchase from the Piano Centre in Edmonton you become part of the family.   • I recently bought a baby grande piano from the Piano Centre and was extremely impressed from start to finish. Brent was astonishingly knowledgeable (and talented) as was the young man in training who greeted us (his name is escaping me)!! It was such a wonderful/whimsical experience and ended with fulfilling my childhood dreams. The piano delivery persons were also very efficient and professional, taking extra care of both the piano and my home while moving it in. The piano technician/tuner, Vince, was also extremely knowledgeable and very helpful in fixing one of the pedals for us. He was also extremely prompt. Would highly recommend if you are in the market for a new/used piano.. I came in expecting to go with a certain brand as it is what I had known and played on in the past, but in the process learned so much more about all pianos! Would give 10 stars to this centre and all the staff!!
